Alcohol: 14% Vol.
Winemaking: Each variety is made separately, respecting its optimal period of maturing to produce the intended style. With the fermentation started in stainless steel vats, only 35% of the Semillion grape variety concluded its fermentation in French oak barrels, followed by six months of ageing with ‘batonnage´.
Ageing: 35% of the must ferments and ages in new French Allier oak casks
Tasting notes: Of a golden yellow colour, with a greenish tinge, and complex aromas revealing fruity characteristics and notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and apricot, floral characteristics such as linden flower and honey. In the mouth; elegant and with great depth, with a strong structure and body.
Gastronomy: Strong flavoured fish dishes or game bird. Also Azeitão cheese
Serving Temperature: 10 - 12ºC
